Yes and we cover the whole of the UK at least once per month, sometimes up to once per fortnight. If we can fit your delivery in to an existing route we will.
Yes of course- our customers have the right to cancel their order at any time before the hot tub is despatched or within 30 days of receiving it.
The Hot Tub must be in unused and still in the original packaging.
The refund given will exclude the cost of delivery and cost of returning the goods to us. The return may be done either via a courier, pallet service or collection by one of our own vehicles.
We stock a large quantity of new and preloved wood-fired hot tubs in our UK warehouse which enables us to be able to supply our customers in a very reasonable time frame. Our deliveries cover the whole of the UK at least once per month, sometimes up to once per fortnight.
Unlike many other retailers, we use our own UK based staff and vehicles to deliver and install throughout the UK.
On some occasions we may need to place an order with the Kirami factory in Finland which would incur a short delay in delivery, typically by only 3 to 4 weeks.
