Yes, you can use your hot tub in winter, provided that you monitor the tub whilst heating it. It is also recommended that you empty the tub after every use in the winter to avoid any water in the tub freezing in harsh winter conditions. 

Be aware when emptying the tub that the surface water could freeze and become a hazard
